Endure Less Stress With Ayurveda This Holiday Season

The coming months have their fair share of activity: to-do lists stretch, social invitations pile up…it can feel like there’s just no time! And with the energetic influence of vata season, overwhelm and anxiety loom heavily. Now, more than other times, you may feel off track, like your time and focus are fleeting. Just as the fog settles outside, you may find your brain to be foggy– clouded focus and decreased energy can take away your ability to tackle that hefty to-do list, let alone find the energy to engage in self-care practices.

But this influence can be a positive thing! It’s calling us to take a look at the structure we’ve created (or maybe have struggled to create) for ourselves. It’s a transitional time that allows us to shed the things that no longer serve us and replace them with practices that nurture and ground us.

As we continue deeper into the busy, cold months, the Unify Mind Body community is turning the focus back on you! This November, we’re exploring the ways that you can cultivate and maintain daily habits that keep you feeling grounded, balanced, and centered all season long.
